FEES

FEES, WHAT AMOUNTS AND HOW DO YOU CHARGE YOUR CLIENTS?

We do not charge our clients any type of up-front fees for our services in the area of advisement of raising capital. However, we do charge for the preparation of documents and out of pocket expenses if and when authorized. We also charge fees for other types of services. For example for those companies or individuals that are desirous of an on-going general financial advisory relationship, fees will be determined at the outset and paid on a weekly, monthly or annual basis.

WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR AN INTERNET BASED DIRECT PUBLIC OFFERING CAPITALIZATION PROGRAM?

For individual projects, a retainer will be charged for each engagement. The amount of the fee will be commensurate with the amount of work involved. All out of pocket expenses will be passed through to the client for each engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, introductory and exploratory discussions do not incur fees.

Below, Virtual Capital Group provides you with a fairly accurate cost for each Capitalization program. It is suggested that if you are not prepared to go the full gambit then you should weigh carefully the merits of spending what cash you do have.
