Virtual Capital Group, through our trained advisors, will determine if your business needs appear to match the services that we offer. We will then establish the following agenda:
A personal meeting will be arranged between the principle(s) of your company and our firm. At that time, you will be asked to provide certain business related information. We will then determine your specific needs and develop a basic strategy to achieve them.
A business plan and related documents will be required for the
purpose of locating private capital. If your company does not have a business plan or if
the present plan is inappropriate or incomplete, you may wish to engage our services to
prepare a suitable business plan. The completed plan will include a market analysis,
business strategy, cash flow management and projected income and expenses for a period of
three to five years.
